Muscat, Oman, 2 November 2026 – Tivoli Hotels & Resorts announces the opening of Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences, a new urban destination in the capital of Oman with 79 rooms and suites and 21 serviced apartments, a varied selection of restaurants and bars, Muscat’s first Anantara Spa, a rooftop infinity pool, extensive meeting and event spaces and direct access to the championship golf course at LA VIE Country Club.
Located within the prestigious LA VIE development in Madinat Al Irfan, the hotel brings Tivoli’s distinctive approach to hospitality rooted in local heritage and identity to Muscat, combining the brand’s European origins with contemporary design and references to Omani culture and craftsmanship. Just a 10-minute drive from the international airport and around 25 minutes from the city’s main attractions, the property offers convenient access to the capital’s cultural, business and leisure experiences.
Conceived as a contemporary retreat in the heart of the capital, Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences brings accommodation, gastronomy, wellness, golf and events together in a single destination. The interiors strike a balance between natural materials, soft coastal tones and understated details, while decorative elements evoke Oman’s traditional patterns and craftsmanship.

Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences has 79 rooms and suites, complemented by 21 serviced apartments, catering for both short visits and extended stays. Many rooms and suites overlook the fairways of LA VIE Country Club, with categories ranging from Superior and Deluxe Rooms to spacious Junior Suites and One-Bedroom Suites. A highlight is the 160-square-metre, two-bedroom Presidential Suite, offering the hotel’s most generous accommodation and panoramic views. Rooms and suites feature carefully selected amenities, including Dyson technology, SMEG coffee machines and Läderach chocolates at turndown. Luxury bathroom products by Amouage, the renowned Omani perfume house, add a distinctive local touch to the guest experience.
Alongside the rooms and suites, the 21 apartments combine the comfort and privacy of a home with the hotel’s services and facilities, providing a flexible option for extended stays, business trips and family visits to Muscat.

Gastronomy is an important part of the Tivoli LA VIE Muscat experience, with a range of dining concepts designed for hotel guests, residents and the local community. Offering all-day dining from 06:30 to 23:00, SOLÉ restaurant brings Mediterranean cooking and Middle Eastern specialities together, guided by the seasons. The adjoining lounge provides an informal setting for daytime refreshments, light meals and afternoon breaks, moving naturally between relaxed gatherings and casual lunches. On the rooftop, SEEN by Olivier Muscat brings the internationally renowned dining concept created by Portuguese chef and entrepreneur Olivier da Costa to the Omani capital. Framed by panoramic views of LA VIE Country Club and the city skyline, the restaurant combines globally inspired flavours with a vibrant, contemporary atmosphere.
Overlooking the golf course, The Nineteenth Sports Bar and Cigar Vault is designed for watching live sport, with an extensive drinks menu and a dedicated cigar selection. An informal meeting place by day, it becomes a refined and convivial venue in the evening. The infinity pool bar serves refreshing drinks and light, flavourful dishes in a relaxed setting with views across Muscat.
The hotel’s dining portfolio is set to expand by the end of 2026 with the opening of Benihana, bringing its Japanese teppanyaki dining experience to the development, and The Coffee Club, an informal all-day concept.

Wellness is equally central to the hotel experience. Anantara Spa, the first in Muscat, offers a carefully curated selection of treatments and therapies combining Thai wellness traditions with locally inspired rituals.
The offering is completed by the rooftop infinity pool, designed for both leisure and lap swimming, a fitness centre equipped by Technogym and spaces dedicated to relaxation.
Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences also enjoys direct access to the championship golf course at LA VIE Country Club, creating an integrated stay-and-play experience in the heart of the capital. The 18-hole course, managed by Troon and designed by Paul Thomas, is complemented by practice facilities including a Toptracer driving range.

For meetings, celebrations and corporate events, the hotel offers a range of flexible indoor spaces, led by the Juman Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 520 people. The ballroom features an 18-by-7-metre high-definition screen and integrated audiovisual technology suitable for conferences, live broadcasts, product launches, gala dinners and weddings. The hotel also has three meeting rooms with natural daylight and flexible layouts, suitable for business meetings, private discussions, workshops and small private events.
Beyond the hotel, guests can discover Muscat’s rich cultural heritage and coastal landscapes, from the architectural grandeur of the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and the Royal Opera House Muscat to the historic Corniche and Mutrah Souq, the National Museum of Oman and the pristine waters of the Daymaniyat Islands.
